The Perfect Combo

I think the perfect combo is peanut butter and chocolate. I LOVE anything PB and Chocolate. I want to have a really yummy PB/Chocolate cupcake at my shop. This one is a PB cupcake with a chocolate frosting. I need to add more PB the next time I make them but I'm off to a good start.

Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes for St Pat's Day! Guinness and whiskey chocolate cupcakes with a Bailey's Buttercream Frosting and a chocolate whiskey sauce. Delicious!

Baby Shower

 

This past weekend I was lucky enough to go to Amarillo and bake the cupcakes for my cousin's baby shower. Well the altitude change caused 2 failed attempts but I finally got it. Sean always reminds me that I'm going to fail and have hardships before I succeed and that is God testing me. I couldn't have done it without the help of my sister-in-law Liz and a bottle of champagne!
